Dr. Zhang is the Vice President of Energy Economy and Development Strategy Centre of National Development and Reform Community institute. For more than a decade, Dr. Zhang has been serving as project manager, or the main researcher, hosting or participating almost 60 project researches, and completing more than ten central governmental or State ministries’ urgent projects. He has cooperated in publishing an academic book, as a main editor, Dr. Zhang has officially published and researched in six professional translations. Dr. Zhang has been invited to international and national academic researches and given more than 20 speeches. In 2005, Dr. Zhang visited Energy Economy institute of South Korean as a scholar to have research in Northeast Energy cooperation with great success.
